Competition starts on Friday the 1st of November. Competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday the 30th of November. Winners will be announced on Monday the 2nd of December.

The ‘November 400-Minute Challenge’ is sponsored by fisiocrem Australia and Shokz Australia.
By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the result of the competition, is determined by the Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

To enter, entrants must successfully have joined fisiocrem run club on Strava, entered the official Strava November 400-Minute Challenge within the month of November (1/11/24 – 30/11/24).
Entrants must log their activities as “Public” in order to be eligible and tag @fisiocrem club in at least one of your activities on Strava.
We expect all athletes to honour the Strava Community Standards.

Entrants must be residents of Australia and be 16 years or older. Prizes will only be sent out to winners within Australia.
The promotion starts at 12.00am AEST Friday the 1st of November 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST Saturday the 30th of November 2024.

Every participant who successfully completes a total of 400 minutes of activity during the month of November will receive an official Strava finisher’s badge. fisiocrem is not associated with this badge.
The winners will be announced on Monday the 2nd of December 2024 via fisiocrem’s Instagram and Facebook pages, and a post on Strava.
