Day 1: 15x Tuck Jumps.
Day 2: 30x Russian Twists.
Day 3: 1-Minute Wall Sit – Find a wall and sit as though you’re in an invisible chair. Hold for 60 seconds.
Day 4: 30x Bicycle Crunches.
Day 5: 15x Jump Lunges.
Day 6: 20x Push Ups.
Day 7: 15x Jump Squats.
Day 8: Water Break.
Day 9: 20x Burpess.
Day 10: 20x Tricep Dips
Day 11: 30-seconds Side Plank x2
Day 12: 30x Mountain Climbers.
Day 13: Find your Christmas Buddy – 1-Minute Plank Hold (Start strong with a plank up against your Christmas Buddy.
Day 14: Partner Push-Ups – Partners perform push-ups facing each other. On the way up, give each other a high-five.
Day 15: Partner Squats (10x) – Stand facing each other & hold each other’s wrists. Both partners squat at the same time.
Day 16: Back-to-Back Wall Sit – Stand back-to-back with your partner, then lower into a squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Hold the position for 2-minutes.
Day 17: Medicine Ball Pass – Sit back to back with your partner, legs extended forward. Pass a medicine ball to each other by twisting your torso and handing the ball to your partner.
Day 18: 1-minute butterfly roll to stretch to engage your core!
Day 19: Sumo Squats for 15 x reps.
Day 20: Extended back hold (Superman stretch) for 1-minute.
Day 21: 20 x alternate toe crunches.
Day 22: 20 Bridges.
Day 23: 20 x Sit ups.
Day 24: 3 x Forward Fold Stretches.
