Bravehearts provide a coordinated and holistic approach to the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. fisiocrem is a partner with Bravehearts, supporting them on their mission to raise awareness of child abuse through education, empowerment, and protection. fisiocrem supports Bravehearts on this journey through fundraising events & event sponsorships like the Bravehearts 777 marathons, where everyday people and athletes alike take on 7 marathons in 7 states in 7 days.
Can Too
Can Too foundation is an independent health promotion charity committed to funding cancer research. They offer professional coach training programs across NSW & QLD targeted at athletes of all levels across multiple discipline options, such as running races, ocean swims, trail walking, and more. In return for the professionally coached training programs, the participants fundraise much-needed support for Australian cancer research.
Albatross Nippers
The Albatross Nippers is an inclusive nipper program designed so that all children can enjoy surf lifesaving and everything that the beach can offer. Rather than being a standalone separate program, the Albatross Nippers runs within standard nippers at Nobbys Beach SLSC, amongst a range of other clubs across the country. The nippers rotate through beach flags, wading, swimming, and surfing on their boards with a lifesaver. The program is featured in the documentary “Included” as well as a book by the same name. It was created in 2015 by the 2020 Australian of The Year Local Hero for Queensland and Sports Physiotherapist Nick Marshall OAM.
Cure Cancer
Cure Cancer is committed to supporting early career researchers in all areas of cancer research across all cancer types. fisiocrem supports their fundraising journey, by sponsoring many fitness programs and activities devoted to raising money to put towards cancer research so we get the best possible chance of finding a cure.
Fly into July
FLY Charity & Events supports people with grassroots participation in sport and provides guidance to sporting event organisers on improving their accessibility offerings. They also host their own mass-participation virtual event, the FLY into July step challenge, which is designed to encourage anyone to get active throughout the month of July.
